Audra is a native of Chicago. She has one sister, who has two adorable sons..
After high school, Audra enrolled at the University of Central Florida to pursue a major in Criminal Justice since she always wanted to be a police officer & had her plan clearly mapped out.
After her first year, she was lucky enough to be allowed to access the restricted programs since her GPA was good. It was then that she saw Radio and Television that she decided to switch her major.
Audra graduated from the University of Central Florida with a major in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Criminal Justice.
She is quite grateful to her professors at the University of Florida, especially Dr. Tim Brown, who was her Radio and Television Professor at Nicholson School of Communication. She is happy that the professors offer their honest advice, thorough preparation & provided real hands-on experience, thus arming the students with strong skill sets.

Audra loves being active and engaging in sports; she mostly enjoys softball and was a cheerleader while in high school.
When she is not working, she can be found playing either volleyball or softball.
A big lover of music, she has been playing the violin ever since she was three years old. It is also interesting to note that she is a good singer & has been singing since she was 12 years old. In 2009, she sang the National Anthem at the WNBA game for the Atlanta Dream.
